The Arscott Arms near Launceston

Similarly, the Arscott Arms is a lovely place to dine out not far from our Bed and Breakfast near Holsworthy. Situated just outside Launceston it offers some of the most tasty food in the area. Couple that with a warm atmosphere and a good selection of local ales and you'll begin to see why we like it!

 

 

Bude Beach, Summerleaze

As the Bed and Breakfast is located on the border of Cornwall it is easy to visit some of the local beaches. Bude and Widemouth bay in particular are renowned for surfing but are also perfect for sunbathing (in the Summer!) and sea-side walks too. The position of the B&B near Holsworthy makes it the ideal spot for visiting the coast...

Plymouth's National Marine Aquarium can make for a fantastic day out for all the family. Just a few miles outside of Holsworthy lies the 'Ruby Country'. A beautiful walking route in the heart of rural Devon. The Ruby Country trail also ties in with the renowned Tarka trails not far from us in Clawton, Holsworthy. Both are well worth a look for those wishing to enjoy the countryside or just take a nice relaxing stroll...
